The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, and is priced at £175 per week for 2 guests, £185 per week for 3 guests, or £195 per week for 4 guests. A non-refundable deposit of £45 per week is payable within 7 days of booking, with the balance due six weeks before arrival.

These prices are applicable for all weeks, with the exception of Christmas and New Year.

For stays between 15 December & 8 January, please add £20 per week.

Prices do not include flights or insurance.

Traditionally, Thursday was the main UK changeover day in Lanzarote, while for Irish guests, it was Monday.

Recently, due to the popularity of the island, flights have become commonplace throughout the week and we are therefore totally flexible on the start and end days of your holiday.
