We sincerley hope that you enjoy your stay with us.

For your own comfort and safety, along with that of other residents and future guests, we respectfully ask that the following points are observed.

The apartment is STRICTLY non smoking, although guests are welcome to smoke on the apartment terrace.

We regret that no Stag or Hen parties can be accomodated.

Each party must have a least one guest aged 21 or over at the time of arrival.

Matagorda Bay is a family holiday complex and all guests are respectfully requested to refrain from behaviour which may cause offence to fellow visitors. Guests continually causing disruption may be requested to leave by our management company.

Children are welcome and cots can be arranged for a small extra charge.

We regret that no pets are permitted.

The apartment is available after 2pm on the day of arrival, with vacation no later than 10.00am on the day of departure.

Please be aware that to comply with the latest Spanish safety regulations, the swimming pool is 5 feet deep and is therefore NOT deep enough for diving. Serious injury may result if this is ignored.
